Late Victory for Spencer
A final quarter rally by Spencer, scoring 7 unanswered goals was the
key to this victory. Behind at half-time and all square at the end of
the 3rd quarter, Spencer needed to find composure and the back of the
net to avoid a sloppy defeat.
With some players now back from injury, Spencer fielded a stronger
line-up compared to recent weeks but it may need a bit more game time
to get everyone gelling again. But a win is a win and Spencer can move
forward again next week as an improved performance will hopefully bring
back another three points at Hillcroft.
