Training is on tuesdays at 7.15pm and match days are saturdays at 2.00pm
Southampton City Sabres were born in the Summer of 2007. Throughout the 2007/08 season the club was undefeated in friendly games against SEMLA teams. The team’s first silverware came that year winning the 2007 Portsmouth 8’s plate with an overtime goal against East London Lacrosse Club.
The Sabres began their first season in the Zenith Sports SEMLA West 1 Division with a flourish defeating the highly favoured Bristol Bombers at their new home Millbrook RFC. Since then the club has been growing steadily, recruiting new players and old hands from everywhere between Portsmouth and Weymouth.
